The Glass Factory

This project was converted from an old marble factory in 2004. The renovation made the Glass Factory Condos the first luxury condo development in East Cambridge.

Residents at the Glass Factory Condos enjoy such high-end amenities like new media and business rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a newly redesigned lobby and private parking. A concierge is also on staff, part-time, to help residents with their concierge needs. Living in Cambridge, residents can enjoy easy access to dozens of cafes, boutiques, bookstores and restaurants.
